  1. Step 1

    Pick a broth

    Choose one soup base for the table, or split the pot for two. Spicy bases come mild to super spicy.

  2. Step 2

    Load the table

    Order from the AYCE menu as much and as often as you like for two hours. Your server keeps it coming.

  3. Step 3

    Scoop, dip, repeat

    Thin-sliced meat takes 10 seconds. Greens take 30. Build a dip at the sauce bar and go.
